Andy Pandatelly is the announcer of the Mobius 5000.

HistoryEdit

He pilots a dark blue helicopter and provides live coverage of the Mobius 5000. He is a friendly-appearing panda with a red cap and a light blue coat. Andy only appears in the fifty-fifth Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode, "The Mobius 5000". When Sonic overhears him announcing the 10,000-mobium prize on television, Sonic decides to enter the race to save the porcupine orphanage.
