Universalamander, Super Sonic

Archie Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 4 was the fourth issue of the main Sonic the Hedgehog comic series. This is the fourth issue of the on-going Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series by Archie. The comics at this time were more similar to the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog than the SatAM show in terms of story plots, being that the comics had isolated stories. This marks the first appearance of Super Sonic.

Horzont'Al' and Verti'Cal' take you on a grand tour of their world!

[edit] Bad-niks Bazzar

Bunnie Rabbot starts a Hair Salon in between battles, and styles Sally into something completely not like her...

[edit] Tails' Little Tale

Tails tries to have his first solo adventure, but is captured by Robotnik! Will he escape, or will the blue blur have to rescue him again?

[edit] Trivia

  • This is the first issue Bunnie hair dresses Princess Sally. She would do this once again in Sonic the Hedgehog #177
  • A one-page story featuring Verti-Cal and Horizont-Al includes a panel that would be reused in a flashback scene in issue 59.
  • The first story is named The Lizard of Odd. This is an obvious pun off of the 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz.
