Archie Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 183 is the one hundred and eighty-third issue of the main Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series published by Archie Comics.

Desperate TimesEdit
Sonic and Julie-Su have been abducted by Knuckles' father, Locke, who wants them to find the one weapon that will destroy Enerjak. They are soon interrupted by the Destructix with Scourge and Fiona. Meanwhile, Dimitri has turned himself in to Dr. Robotnik to warn him about what he's doing to Enerjak. Enerjak soon breaks free from the Egg Grapes and destroys most of Dr. Robotnik's city. Sonic, Julie-Su and Locke are saved by Archimedes and they get to the weapon's location. Sonic finds the weapon and destroys it, so that it cannot be used against Knuckles. Enerjak returns to the Master Emerald where Dr. Finitevus is and attempts to charge himself back to full power. Sonic appears and uses the Master Emerald's power to transform into Super Sonic.
Ashes and DustEdit
Scourge is super-charging his warp ring, when Dr Finitevus catches him. It is revealed that he wanted to bring back Enerjak to cleanse the world of technology and of Dr. Eggman's filth. He used Knuckles because he had the strongest link to the Chaos Force.
