- "The Return of Uncle Chuck"
Robotnik and Snively use Uncle Chuck as a guinea pig to test the same device that sent King Acorn into the Zone of Silence. Robotnik gets impatient with Snively running tests to make sure the equipment is safe, both he and Uncle Chuck recieve power surges and Robotnik is sent into the Void (not the same as the Zone of Silence, like it was in the SATam cartoon). Snively takes over Robotniks operations after telling him off while he was trapped, and Uncle Chuck secretly regains his free will. Uncle Chuck surprises Sonic after finding him in the Chili Dog stand that he used to run in Mobotropolis, revealing that he had his free will back and that the planet was in danger. After being taken back to knothole and fixing his famous Chili Dogs, Uncle Chuck reveals the threat of the Transdimensional Teleporter and that it is deadly in Snively's control. Nicole runs a scenario of what would happen if the weapon were unleashed under Snively's orders, resulting in Mobius becoming totally barren and desolate, Uncle Chuck however reveals that there is still hope and that since no one else in robotropolis knows about his free will being restored, he would be the perfect spy. While attempting to sabotage the TDT, Sonic gets trapped in the void by the TDT attached to a hover unit. Snively, communicating with sonic via a monitor in the Hover unit shows him the scope of his plan and that there is nothing he can do. Snively is suddenly attacked by a second hover unit piloted by Uncle Chuck and Robotnik, who knows about Uncle Chuck regaining his free will. Distracted by the chomping of two chili dogs at once by sonic, snively slows down enabling Uncle chuck to fire a beam, knocking out the thrusters. Not giving up, Snively reveals that he will blow up the hover unit, sending everything within a one hundred mile radius into the void, except him thanks to a device he was wearing on his belt. Just then Robotnik falls into the hover unit and thwarts Snively and scares him back to his old loyal self. Sonic is then eventually set free from the void.

- "Who Keeps Stealing my Chaos Emeralds?!"
Coconuts is sent by robotnik to find a thief who has perloined his power gems. Coconuts sets traps on an island where the last few emeralds are stored. The perp in the shadows evades all the traps (al'a road runner) while Coconuts is destroyed by them (ala Wile E Coyote). Coconuts is punished for his failure by being dismantled. While the perp (Bunnie) shows off her new jewels for the dance she found.

- While Uncle Chuck sends Sonic to sabotage the Transdimensional Teleporter, he says he is leaving to take care of another matter, it is most likely he had taken a power ring to his brother Jules in this issue, giving him back his free will along with Bernie and Rudyard and taking a few of the Robians underground (as seen in issue #79, shortly before teaming up with Robotnik to stop Snively from destroying Mobius with the TDT.
- In the preview for Knuckles Chaotix Heavy and Bomb were featured in their original game appearances, which would later become thier upgrades.
