The BANANA (バナナ Banana?) is a Board type Extreme Gear that appeared in Sonic Riders. It is Aiai's personal character Extreme Gear, exclusive for him, meaning only he can use it, and his default Extreme Gear.

According to its profile, the BANANA originates from Jungle Island. It is obtained in the game, alongside Aiai, by completing all of Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow, and Storm the Albatross's missions in Mission Mode.
The BANANA is designed in the shape of a two bananas attached together, hence the name of the Extreme Gear.
As a Board type Extreme Gear, the BANANA is well-balanced in its attributes with average statistics and an average rate of fuel-consumption, and is suited for general riding. Like most other character exclusive Extreme Gears, the BANANA does not possess any unique abilities.
