"Back 2 Back" is the theme music for the level Water Palace in the game Sonic Rush. There are two versions of the song, one for Sonic's version of the level and one for Blaze's version.
Both versions were released on the soundtrack album, Original Groove Rush, and were referred to as "Back 2 Back" and "Back 2 Back (Blaze Mix)".
The song also appears as an unlockable song for Casino Park in Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing.
As Water Palace returned in the 3DS version of Sonic Generations, there are two remixes of the song's Sonic Mix. Classic sounds similar to the original but with more of a beat to it and it also added more lines to the lyrics while the Modern remix is a more funky rock remix.
