A Badnik Horde Commander is a rank in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series and its spin-off comics published by Archie Comics. It is a position given to a super-badnik who leads other minor Badnik's within Dr. Eggman's Badnik Hordes.

- Silver Sonic: Located at the Mystic Ruins and Dragon Road
- E-106 Eta: Located at the Soleanna Forest Zone
- War Walrus: Unspecified perimeter
- E-118 Tau: Located at the Thunder Plains Zone

Trivia
- E-107 Theta was originally going to be a Badnik Horde Commander but was replaced by E-106 Eta due to Archie not wishing to use Light Mobius-related concepts for the moment.
