Bert Whoo is the owner and chef at Bert's Diner at Mobius Corners. He is also the mayor and Sheriff of Mobius Corners.
History
Edit
When Robotnik tried to create a Protection racket, Sonic came to his help and saved the day. Bert welcomes Sonic to his diner for free Chili Dogs any time.
A Bert Whoo look-alike appeared in the episode "Road Hog". The look-alike was the owner of a burger stand, and his only line was "What'll it be, Mac?".
