Bin Shimada.
Bin Shimada (島田 敏 Shimada Bin?, born 20 November 1954) is a seiyū born in Niigata, Niigata, Japan. He is currently employed by the talent management firm Aoni Production. He provides the Japanese voice of Bocoe and Chuck Thorndyke in Sonic X.
