The Black Warrior is a creature that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. They are a breed of Black Arms and the most standard soldiers of their kind.
Shadow the Hedgehog
Multiple Black Warriors joined Black Doom for the first invasion of Sonic's World and faced several factions. However, once Black Doom was slain by Shadow the Hedgehog, the Black Warriors died with him.
Several Black Warriors under Black Death's control joined for a new invasion of Sonic's World on-board the New Black Comet, where they fought against Team Dark and the Spider Troupe who invaded the New Black Comet. Despite Shadow temporarily joining their side, the Black Warriors could not stop the invaders from blowing up the New Black Comet with a nuclear warhead while Shadow killed Black Death, resulting in the Black Warriors' end, although not before ensuring the Dark Arms' survival.
Like most Black Arms soldiers, the Black Warriors have no actual personality of their own and are but an extension of their hive-mind's ruler.
Powers and abilities
The Black Warriors have enough physical strength to overwhelm normal humans on their own, and they have basic knowledge in both combat and the weapons made by their kind.
The Black Warriors can wield a number of different weapons, some of which include "Light Shots" which are Black Arms-exclusive laser pistols.
Like all the other Black Arms, the Black Warriors' lives are connected to the hive-mind of their kind. That meant that if their hive-mind dies, so will they.
