Boogey Man is a three-eyed being which was created via Professor Von Schlemmer's "Dream-A-Ma-Jig", which has the ability to turn dream beings into reality. It was featured in the episode "Boogey-Mania".
History

The Boogey Man has great strength and can crash through a wall pretty easily. It can shoot electricity from its fingers. It is a raging monster, but is obedient to Robotnik when he talks into a special microphone.
After a battle with a rival monster, Tails' Junk Food Boogey Guy it returns to Robotnik's brain.[1]
