Chaotic Inferno Zone is the sixth and final stage in the PSP game Sonic Rivals 2. It is a fiery level with many ruined buildings. The boss is the Ifrit, which is also the final boss.

Story

Sonic and TailsEdit
Sonic and Tails chase Eggman through the portal from Mystic Haunt Zone. After racing Eggman to the Ifrit, Tails (or Sonic, dependent on which one is being played) is taken control of by the Ifrit, who uses them to defend itself. After they win the battle, Tails asks if they should go after Eggman which Sonic replies they defeated the Ifrit, so they don't have go after Eggman.
Shadow and Metal SonicEdit
Shadow and Metal Sonic chase Eggman Nega through the portal from Mystic Haunt Zone and into the Chaotic Inferno Zone. They face off against Eggman Nega's newest creation, Metal Sonic 3.0, as they fight the final boss, the Ifrit. After they win the battle, the portal closes behind them. With them both stuck in the dimension, Metal Sonic tears into its chest, revealing a Chaos Emerald that had powered it. Shadow uses the Chaos Emerald to transport both himself and Metal Sonic from the Ifrit's dimension.
Knuckles and RougeEdit
Knuckles and Rouge chase Eggman through the portal from Mystic Haunt Zone. After racing Eggman to the Ifrit, Knuckles (or Rouge, dependent on which one is being played) is taken control of by the Ifrit, who uses them to defend itself. After they win the battle, the portal closes behind them. Knuckles breaks into the Emerald Detector, revealing a piece of the Master Emerald, which they use to escape, before Rouge steals the Master Emerald fragment from Knuckles.
Silver and EspioEdit
Silver and Espio chase Eggman Nega through the portal from Mystic Haunt Zone and into the Chaotic Inferno Zone. They face off against Eggman Nega's newest creation, Metal Sonic 3.0, as they fight the final boss, the Ifrit, due to Eggman Nega commanding Metal Sonic 3.0 to destroy Silver and Espio. After they win the battle, Eggman Nega is incapacitated. As the duo exits through the portal, Silver suggests that they go back and rescue Eggman Nega. Espio says that he released the inferno, so he can find his own way out. Then they exit, leaving a protesting Eggman Nega behind them.
