Collection Room

The Collection Room is a room where the player can find any media from a Sonic game such as videos, music and art. The collection room first appeared in Sonic Unleashed but it was named "Pickle's Room". Then, in Sonic Generations, it received the name "Collection Room". In Sonic Unleashed, the player can unlock media by searching for them in the day time and night time stages. In Sonic Generations, there are four types of media: movies, art, music and character biographies.

How to Unlock

Sonic Generations

Console/PC version

• Movies: Videos can be unlocked by playing through the whole game.
• Music: Music can be unlocked by clearing several missions (if the mission's bell has a golden Music Note) and by collecting many Red Star Rings.
• Art: Art can be unlocked by collecting red rings, clearing acts and clearing missions (In most of the missions, there are some bells that have blue Music Note that can unlock art)
• Character Bios: Character profiles can be unlocked by rescuing Sonic's friends, fighting the rivals, and clearing the game.

Nintendo 3DS version

The Collection Room (3DS version)

In the Nintendo 3DS version, the collection room is not a room, but a treasure chest (from Sonic Rush Adventure) where the Sonics can unlock Events, Music, Concept art as well as artwork and Models. The events are automatically unlocked as you progress through the game and the rest is unlocked by completing the hundred missions.

Statue Room

A hidden trophy room called the Statue Room is located under the collection room. To access this secret room, the player must hold "Back" on the Xbox 360 or "Select" on the PS3. After that, it is shown to be a statue room where you need to insert a valid password to unlock a statue.
