The Combi Catcher is a diabolical trap built by Dr. Robotnik to trap the Chaotix in the game Knuckles' Chaotix. It turns the victim into a statue-like figure.

The only character who wasn't immediately trapped in the Combi Catcher was Knuckles the Echidna, who was the last to explore Newtrogic High Zone. While exploring, he found Espio the Chameleon and with the power of his ring, freed Espio. The Combi Catcher also serves to hold a member of the "Chaotix Crew" when selecting a character in Newtronic High Zone.
