The group acted primarily as a spy network, while the main enforcing was carried out by Enforcer Knuckles and the main security forces at his disposal. It was the Dark Eyes who discovered Tails and Lara-Su conspiring with the homeless King Sonic to overthrow King Shadow (StH: #166).
