The Dash (ダッシュ,Dasshu?) is a technique used by Charmy Bee in Knuckles' Chaotix. When performing this technique, Charmy does a buzzing dash through midair.
Description
When performing the Dash, Charmy positions himself to minimize drag. He then shoots himself through midair, flying forward at a high speed.
In gameplay, the Dash allows the player to move forward in any of the eight basic directions, be it along the ground or into midair, effectively granting the player flight. Additionally, this move can be used repeatedly without stopping and any risk of Charmy tiring out, unlike Propeller Flying and Ascending Flight.
To perform the Dash in gameplay, the player must hold in the direction they wish to fly and then press to make Charmy dash.
