Dingotus is a character that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. He is the alternate doppelgänger of Dingo from another dimension and the right hand man of Emperor Sleetus.

Appearance

Dingotus resembles Dingo almost in every aspect, including his purple sunglasses. The only difference in appearance is that Dingotus wears a traditional ancient Roman clothing and his mohawk is more well groomed in appearance.

History

Dingotus was first encountered by Manic the Hedgehog almost immediately after the Sonic Underground arrived in the different dimension. While riding a wagon, Dingotus nearly ran over a citizen, but was stopped by Manic. Angered, Dingotus captured Manic and took him to Emperor Sleetus, with Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonia the Hedgehog following soon after. When the Sonic Underground attempted to free Augustine, Dingotus gave chase after Sonia, Manic, and Ledian with help from the Centurions, and managed to capture the three, only to be chased away by the Minotaur that Sonic had befriended (who was in reality possessed by the Oracle).[1]

Upon Augustine’s return, Dingotus's boss, Emperor Sleetus, was subdued by the Sonic Underground. While it unknown what became of Dingotus, it is presumed he was either arrested or changed allegiance to Augustine.[1]

Personality

Much like Dingo, Dingotus is notably stupid. with there being little to no noticeable personality differences between the two.[1]
