Added by BlueSpeederDoctor Niven was the scientist who programmed the Alpha-100 Series mechanoid Isaac's software in the 21st century,[1] as part of a design team led by Doctor Ivan Kintobor.[2]

- Doctor Niven was named after science fiction writer Larry Niven.
- In Sonic the Hedgehog #148, Doctor Niven and his associate, Professor Clarke, are referred to by Shadow as Overlanders. However, they lived before Overlanders evolved from Humans.
