Dragonfly (トンバー, Tonbar in Japan) is a dragonfly-type (hence its name) Badnik created by Doctor Robotnik. It appears at Mushroom Hill Zone in Sonic & Knuckles. The Dragonfly reappears at Mushroom Hill in Sonic Generations, where their behavior has not changed. This badnik has a blue body with two wings and one saggy and spiky tail.
A Dragonfly appears briefly in Sonic the Comic issue 250 as one of the badniks to destroy Sonic during the New Robotnik Empire conquering Mobius.
Attack Pattern

Dragonfly will fly up and down in a single place, often blocking one of the pathways of the Mushroom Hill Zone. Any part of their body besides their head will injure the player if they make contact. Their heads are vulnerable to a Spin Jump.
