Dream Meister is the ruler of Dreamsville and controller of all the dreams on Mobius. She is extremely busy because she controls dreams by switching wires to different sockets like a telephone operator and she says what she is doing while she is doing it.
History
Edit
After Sonic and Tails traveled to Dreamsville through Professor Von Schlemmer's Dream-Kadoodle, they met the Dream Meister who was too busy to help them. Eventually, since they wouldn't leave her side, she gave them the ingredients to make a Junk Food Boogey Guy who would be capable of defeating the Boogey Man.[1]
