Cop Speeder (コップスピーダー) is an E-Series robot that appears in Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure DX, and Sonic Generations. It appears in the Speed Highway action stage.
This Badnik also appears in the game Sonic Generations on the Speed Highway stage. In Act 2, they chase Sonic while he runs down the skyscraper, but do not attempt to attack.

The Cop Speeder is evidently based off a police car. It will turn on its sirens and searchlight when it spots an enemy and attempt to ram into them. It resembles the Kart Kiki enemies from the Twinkle Park stage (and both are driven by monkey robots resembling Baby Kiki), but the Cop Speeder has a much more aggressive attack pattern.
