Added by TreaclemanE-38 Octoron is an octopus-like robot that Doctor Eggman uses in order to try to drown Sonic the Hedgehog in "The Last Resort".
History

It was first seen when Amy Rose angrily throws a coconut into the ocean. It then hits Octoron's head, causing a bump. Octoron then submerges and never seen for a while. Later it fights Sonic but it snatches Sonic with one of its tentacles and dunks him in the water. Amy then severs one of its tentacles, causing it to fall into the sea. Sonic then pierces Octoron's dome and smashes its insides. It fails and then explodes. Octoron is 15.5 meters (44.5 feet) tall and weighs 550 kg (1212 lbs).

- Its name is often confused with the Octorok, a recurring enemy in The Legend of Zelda series.
