The Council of Four is a group that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. It was prophesied by the Oracle of Delphius that Queen Aleena and her children, Sonic, Manic, and Sonia, will unite to finally overthrow Dr. Robotnik's control over Mobius.

However the only way for the prophecy to be fulfilled is that Queen Aleena must abandon her infant children, on the doorsteps of trusted families and aristocrats, except for Manic. Rather than be taken by a poor woman living in the slums, his baby basket was stolen by thieves and he was raised by Farrell.

As it was time for the prophecy to happen, the Oracle warns Doctor Robotnik of his demise and afterwards tells Sonic of his destiny to be the king of Mobius.

Due to Sonic Underground being discontinued, it is not seen whether or not the Council of Four came to be.
