The Egg Fleet is a subject that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a massive, aerial assault force consisting of dozens of warships. It was built to be the primary attack force of the Eggman Empire.

The Egg Fleet was built using the considerable resources of the Eggman Empire. They were subsequently seized by Neo Metal Sonic while the robot impersonated the doctor and had taken control of the empire for a time. Several vessels took part in the construction of Casino Park, which Neo intended to serve as a trap for Sonic and as a headquarters for Breezie the Hedgehog. However, his plans with the fleet were thwarted by the efforts of Teams Sonic, Rose, Dark and Chaotix. The Egg Fleet itself was brought down when these teams defeated the robot in the Egg Emperor mech, and its debris were used by Metal Overlord to fight Super Sonic, Super Tails and Super Knuckles.[1][2]
When the Black Arms invaded Sonic's World, Dr. Eggman the doctor realized that there would be nothing left for him to create his empire on if the aliens managed to destroy everything. As such, he called the Egg Fleet into action, determined to put a stop to this.[3]
More recently, during a possible event of the Time Eater incident, Sonic boarded the Egg Fleet's Final Fortress and fought Eggman in the Egg Emperor. When the doctor was defeated, he was abducted by the Time Eater.[4]
