The Final Fight, also known as The Final Boss in the Sega Saturn/PC version, is the eight and last Zone of Sonic 3D Blast if all of the Chaos Emeralds in the game have been collected. It is a fight against a Dr. Robotnik in the Final Weapon.

Story[]
After being defeated by Sonic the Hedgehog in Panic Puppet Zone, Dr. Robotnik decides to escape, only be caught up by Sonic with the Chaos Emeralds. Aboard his Final Weapon, Robotnik has a definite showdown against the hedgehog, but is defeated.
Gameplay[]
In this level, the player fights the Final Weapon that uses an arsenal of various attacks. Luckily for Sonic, there are a few Rings for the hedgehog to collect to help him survive throughout the fight.
Overview[]
In the Genesis version of the game, the fight takes place in a pitch-black empty void, seemingly in space. Sonic navigates across a purple, starry grid. In the Saturn version, the fight takes place in some sort of secret factory, and the grid is now grey.
Boss[]
The boss of The Final Fight is the Final Weapon, a giant mech built by Dr. Robotnik in his image. It is divided into five phases.
Trivia[]
- This music of The Final Fight in the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version of Sonic 3D Blast was remixed as the music for Mystic Ruins in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood.
