Graviton Cannons are objects that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. They are weapons that appear in the Sonic the Comic comic book series. They are large guns used by the Metropolis Zone police officers.

Description

The Graviton Cannons are larger than the force's other weapons, requiring a bracket to rest on the officer's shoulder to deal with the immense recoil. This extra size allows it to fire a powerful blast at strong foes.

History

The Metropolis Zone police combating Chaos with Graviton Cannons, from Sonic the Comic #175.

One Metropolis Zone officer attempted to take down Chaos with the graviton cannon when the creature was on the loose, but it appeared to have no effect. Surplus energy from the blast merely bounced off of Chaos.
