Mayor Whinnyham[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. She is a mobian horse, and the mayor of Mobodoon.
Appearance[]
Mayor Whinnyham is a mobian horse with white skin, a long face, black eyes, a brown mane, and a single big white tooth. For attire, she wears a red robe, a pink jacket with a cyan fringe, and a red cap, a pair of orange an blue shoes, and a gold key around a cyan scarf.[1]

Season one[]
Mayor Whinnyham served as the mayor of Mobodoon, and welcomed the Sonic Underground upon their arrival, introducing them to the city's culture. After showing Manic the room he was born in, she offered to let him stay in Mobodoon, which he accepted. However, the city was soon invaded by Sleet, who impeached Mayor Whinnyham by snatching her key, and stole several valuable objects from the city, including the Power Stone. Mayor Whinnyham then explained to the Sonic Underground the consequences of the Power Stone being stolen, and asked them to retrieve it, which they did, restoring Mayor Whinnyham's command of Mobodoon in the process. She late bid them farewell as they left the city, but not before informing them that their mother had briefly stopped by while they were busy retrieving the Power Stone.[1]
Personality[]
Mayor Whinnyham has a kind and unresentful personality, not even showing hatred towards Sleet, who impeached her.[1]
