Funko is an American toy company that produces pop culture-related toys, specifically bobbleheads and vinyl figures. Funko has distributed Sonic the Hedgehog-related figures beginning in 2010 with a Wacky Wobblers line, then in 2013 with its first "POP!"-styled figures of the Sonic characters, and finally a second set of Sonic "POP!" figures arriving in December 2017.[1]
List of figures[]
Wacky Wobblers[]
The first Sonic the Hedgehog Funko set was released in 2010 and 2011 under the "Wacky Wobblers" bobbleheads lineup. The only Sonic characters to be distributed under this line were Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Knuckles the Echidna.

Pop! vinyl figures[]
The first Funko Pop! set featuring Sonic the Hedgehog characters was released in 2013 as part of the Pop! Games series. Like the Wacky Wobblers set in 2010, the only Sonic characters to receive Pop! figures were Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. These figures are extremely difficult and expensive to come across today.
Announced on 19 October 2017,[1] Funko released a second Funko Pop!-styled set of characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. While Sonic returned with a new mold (both with a keychain and standard Pop! figurines), Shadow the Hedgehog, Dr. Eggman and Super Sonic received a Pop! figurine of their own, as well as several variants including Shadow holding his Dark Chao, glow in the dark Sonic, Super Shadow and metallic Sonic. These variants were available exclusively to specific retailers, however, some were available in regular retailers.
In September 2020, it was announced that a collection with new characters would release for the Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary. The line-up included Classic Sonic performing a Super Peel Out, and Silver the Hedgehog.[2] Classic Sonic uses the same head as Sonic but in a different color scheme. The two also had exclusive variants; Classic Sonic being flocked and Silver glow in the dark. In June 2021, a game cover Classic Sonic figure released which included the figure doing the pose from the international version of the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 box art, and a display case with the artwork itself in the back.
