The Soleanna Forest Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a forest region on Sonic's World near Soleanna.[1][2]

History[]

Past[]

In the past, Sonic, Shadow and Silver would visit the Soleanna Forest Zone on a repeated amount of times during an incident involving the sun god Solaris. Most noticeably, this was the area where Mephiles, one of the devinity's halves, impaled the blue hedgehog and released the other half of the god, Iblis, thus allowing the two entities to cojoin and create Solaris again to begin consuming the multiverse. However, when the deity was removed from existence thanks to Sonic's time-traveling, all of these events were undone.[3]

Shattered World Crisis[]

Act One[]

After rescuing the citizens of Station Square at the dawn of the Shattered World Crisis, the Freedom Fighters were informed by Ben Muttski that Charles the Hedgehog and his colleague, Professor Pickle, were being transported in Bullet Train to Rail Canyon Zone after having been kidnapped by Dr. Eggman's forces.[4] Soon enough, the Freedom Fighters set off, boarding the train and, after dealing with heavy amounts of resistance in the form of multiple Badniks, rescuing the professors, after which they departed the Zone.[1][2]
