Gazebo Boobowski, also known as King Cyberooski, is a character that was set to appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. In the most known storyline, he and his daughter, Tiara Boobowski, were the guardians of the six magical Rings of Order, as well as the ancient art of Ring smithing.

Appearance

Gazebo is an anthropomorphic Manx cat of a large stature with a bushy beard and thick eyebrows.

Potential Roles in Sonic X-treme

Sonic Mars

In the Sonic Mars storyline by Michael Kosaka, King Cyberooski was the elderly and benevolent leader of Micro Mobius. The King Cyberooski concept evolved into Gazebo Boobowski.

SonicBOOM

In the SonicBOOM storyline by Chris Senn, Sonic the Hedgehog meets Professor Boobowski, the only man in Mobius who can save him. He tells Sonic that he needs to collect the cure ingredients from different worlds as quickly as possible. Professor Boobowski takes the ingredients from Sonic as he gets them and begins preparing the wonder cure. Dr. Robotnik kidnaps the professor just prior to Sonic acquiring the last ingredient.

Sonic DOOM

In the Sonic DOOM storyline by Chris Senn and Richard Wheeler, Gazebo Boobowski is the only man who knows the cure to the deadly DoomVirus. "Booby" lives rather eccentrically in his Castle of Light on top of the hill. A passion for the unknown led this kooky little man to the study of everything about Chaos Emeralds.

Trivia

• Ian Flynn has said on several occasions on his message board and Twitter that given the go-ahead and the opportunity, he would have liked to incorporate Gazebo and Tiara Boobowski into the Archie Comics.
  • However, according to a more recent Q&A before the end of Sega's partnership with Archie, Ian Flynn has said Gazebo and his daughter would never be featured in the comic books, and could not disclose the legal reasons as to why.
