She was found by Keith Thomas in Nashville who allowed her to tour with Amy Grant. Through time, she has recorded and sang with numerous Christian artists and co-founded Avalon, a contemporary christian group.

Since, she has been living in New York City, and has been focusing on her solo career, recording many songs and singing with other well known artists.

Outside of Sonic Adventure 2, Tabitha has recorded many songs over a variety of media. Such media includes tracks from movies such as The Sum of All Fears and Te Ata. She has also contributed to the Chickasaw Nation events by providing her voice for the music video, Coming Home.
