The Atomic Relativity Boots are objects that appear in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. They are a pair of boots invented by Professor Caninestein for Sonic the Hedgehog to use to travel through time and stop Dr. Robotnik from obtaining the four Chaos Emeralds.
Instructions[]
The boots have small antennae on them which can be rotated forward and backward. When pointing forward they will send Sonic into the future and when facing backward they will send him to the past. To activate the time travel capabilities, Sonic must wear the boots and run around the planet at the speed of light, and thus enter the time warp.
Second Pair[]
Dr. Robotnik destroyed Sonic's original Atomic Relativity Boots when they were 300 years in the past. Sonic wrote a note to Professor Caninestein asking for a new pair. The professor was able to send a new pair to Sonic 300 years in the past by making the boots travel through time themselves. These new boots were identical to the first pair and Sonic used them to get home.
