The Tower Hill Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. It is a Zone of Mobius.

Going Crackers[]
After Doctor Robotnik was overthrown as ruler of Mobius, the Tower Hill Zone appointed Basil Poultry as its Zone-Leader. For the first Christmas following Robotnik's defeat, Basil Poultry became so stressed out by trying to make everything just right that he snapped and decided to cancel Christmas altogether. He put on a powered exo-suit and started destroying everything festive, pulling down Christmas lights, dropping Christmas cards in the river, and kicking the heads off snowmen. Fortunately, he was stopped by Tails, who made him realize that there was more to Christmas than just crackers, cards and snowmen. The people of the Zone were quick to forgive him and asked him to join their celebrations, making him realise that he could not crush the Christmas spirit.[1]
