I just learned some great new involving Mighty the Armadillo. As it turns out Mighty might appear in later games because the guy who left Sega and took Mighty with him was a hoax and that Mighty was the 10th most popular character.--Sonic & Scrab Master 19:16, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

I doubt that. Mighty was a one-time thing and there have been many other characters still in ownership by SEGA and yet they were scrapped. Oh, and if you saw some sort of 3D pic of him, it was fanmade. And sometimes fans don't get what they want. The only way for sure is if we look at previews for upcoming games. I like Mighty, and I want him back, but I can't anticipate it.--Milotheechidna 23:37, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

No man, i promise u Might may appear in later games since he ranked #10 of the most popular characters and besides... he appeared in two games, Knuckles' Chaotix and SegaSonic for the Arcade.--Sonic & Scrab Master 01:33, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Just because Mighty, just like most other characters who are forgotten by Sega, are popular and rate high on polls on... well is the site which poll the characters assosiated with Sega in anyway? Just because the forgotten retro characters are popular doesn't proove a return.--Mystic Monkey 16:56, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Many people care about Mighty. and he's still featured in the Archie comics and Fleetway: Sonic the Comic and STC: Online. (i hate fleetway)Sonic & Scrab Master 19:54, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Theres also plenty of fans for Ray, Nack, Bark, Bean. Forgotton robots like Tails Doll, Metal Knuckles and EggRobo (Respected as Robotnik's metal equivilent and badnik), Rocket Metal Sonic, Heavy and Bomb, Gamma and even scrapped characters like Tiara Boobowski and Honey are also much loved. (Even Ashura who is a total glitch!) For some reason Madonna and Sonic's band are the least remembered. the Sonic fandom isn't just about Sonic but his acquaintances as well.--Mystic Monkey 15:08, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Hey. the EggRobo is still seen in Sonic Chronicles on the Metropolis map. Gamma is refereced by Omega in Sonic Heroes. Sonic's band is remembered but the only known members are Sonic (of course) and Vector. Hyper Metal is an upgrade of Metal Sonic (i think). Metal Knuckles is seen in one of the Sonic Advanced games. Ray, Bean and the others r in the Archie comics and Nintendo Power mistook Jet for Bean. y can't u just accept the fact that Mighty just might appear in later games. don't believe me? read his profile on the site. and some artwork is also seen on Sonic Gems Collection.Sonic & Scrab Master 01:58, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

Im not saying I don't believe you, in fact Isupport the idea of Mighty being in any upcomming games as Sonic Team wouldn't need to make a disposable character that way. Just unless Sonic Team actually say that Mighty will be in upcomming games, then thats fact worthy of his mainspace article. Also, where is his profile that says this?--Mystic Monkey 18:28, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

Who's a Mighty fan!? He's out-dated!
So's your sanctemonius ****!

I agree with the Magical Monkey. SEGA would not make a disposable charcter Tikal, Chaos, etc. are not disposable except Black Doom. and as proof that Mighty along with Ray, Tikal and Vanilla are not forgotten. Sonic & Scrab Master

I like Mighty,Launchballer. He's a good Archie Character.-Sharna here! Chat! Sonarna! 01:20, November 9, 2009 (UTC)

I also agree with u, Sharna. Mighty does make a way past cool Archie Character, as does everyone else in Archie, even the characters that were killed off. But he, along with everyone else makes a horrible Fleetway: Sonic the Comic character, even Sonic himself. Man, i hate Fleetway with a burning passion, sorry i had to get that out, and i don't hate Fleetway because i'm American. Anyway, There is some officail Mighty artwork in Sonic Gems Collection, so I'm pretty sure Mighty may appear, hopefully with Ray as well. Sonic & Scrab Master

I kinda doubt SEGA are decent enough to use Him again,And Yeah,Fleetway is Freaky, But if they use ANYONE again,I think it should be Marine.-Sharna here! Chat! Sonarna! 01:52, November 9, 2009 (UTC)

I'm positive SEGA will bring Mighty back. if i've learned 1 thing, it's that SEGA alway or usually listens the fans. and it hasn't even been that long ago when they last used Marine. Sonic & Scrab Master

It was like,2007 when Sonic Rush Adventure came out!-Sharna here! Chat! Sonarna! 15:56, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Exactly! also Nack the weasel was rumored to be in Sonic Unleashed as well. you know what? it think i should change this to something involving the charcters from the past. Sonic & Scrab Master

The only reason he wasn't part of Team Chaotix in Sonic Heroes was; 1) He wasn't a real member of the Chaotix. He just happened to come across the island during the events of the game. 2) Mighty was put in the game to make room for the real Chaotix members. Sonic & Scrab Master

Mighty was a real chaotix member. If i'm not mistaken didn't all charcters happen on the island by chance? Charmy was looking for flowers, Espio was, funnily enough, a dectective and was investigating the island and Vector went to the island because he saw it as an act of god. Myself 123 16:45, November 30, 2009 (UTC)

I just realised, should this be on the Article's discussion than right here? I could be mistaken. I too also read somewhere Mighty was just passing at the time while I also read somewhere that the game took place just before Team Chaotix was organised. I can't reference as I can't remember where or when I heard it from.--Mystic Monkey 20:41, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

I hear he was vactioning in some kind of springs somewhere. SEGA didn't put him in Sonic Heroes so they could make room for Vector, Espio, and Charmy. Sonic & Scrab Master

According to the Japanese manual, all characters came to the island for different reasons. In the Western manuals, all characters are friends of knuckles who came to visit him. Myself 123 18:08, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Well Heavy and Bomb are also members of the Chaotix but they haven't been featured afterwards. And what do you mean by the Western manual? does that mean the American or European manual. Sonic & Scrab Master

All characters 'cept heavy & bomb i mean, and yes i do. Myself 123 23:12, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure it said the ESPIO was a friend of Knuckles. and after the events of the game, The Chaotix went their seperate ways but Vector offered Espio and Charmy to join the detective agency as well as Mighty, but he refused. thus making the way for Team Chaotix in Sonic Heroes. I also hear that black and red bombs appear in one mission in SEGA Superstar Tennis, which could be a reference to Bomb from Knux Chaotix (Chaotix in Japan). Sonic & Scrab Master

I'm pretty sure the manual says that they're all visiting him and that thing about what happend aterwards sounds like fanfic. Myself 123 23:36, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

P.S. I noticed the Black & red bombs an mentioned it as trivia on their page.

All of this was taken from the Knuckles Chaotix: According to the Japanese manual, the story was completely different compared to the western release. In the Japanese manual, a mysterious island rose from the sea shortly after the events of Sonic & Knuckles. Dr. Eggman discovered the island, and found a mysterious ring inscribed with descriptions of the Chaos Rings, ancient Rings infused with Chaos Emerald energy. In order to find these Rings, Eggman built his base, the Newtrogic High Zone, on the island. Mighty the Armadillo, Espio the Chameleon, Vector the Crocodile, and Charmy Bee also arrived at the island, and ended up being captured by Eggman and Metal Sonic, and placed in Eggman's Combi Catcher machine. Knuckles, curious about the strange island, goes there as well, and manages to rescue Espio. The two then go on to stop Eggman from getting the Chaos Rings. Sonic & Scrab Master

Yeah i already mentioned that. So, seeing as there was no chaotix before the game, that means Mighty is as much of a member as any of the others. Myself 123 01:13, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Well i hear that Vector already had the chaotix agency before he met the others and asked Espio and Charmy to join. In Archie, they formed the Chaotix with Knuckles as the leader after Knuckles beat Metal Sonic Kai, excluding Heavy and Bomb. In Fleetway, The Chaotix consisted of Vector as the leader, Nack the Weasel, Charmy Bee, Espio the Chameleon, Mighty the Amradillo, and the Omni-Veiwer as the real leader. But Nack left as he betrayed the Chaotix for the Brotherhood of Metallix for his own greed. Sonic & Scrab Master

Neither versions of the manual Say anything about that. The Japanese manual says that he came to the island because he saw it rising from the ocean as an act of god. The American/European manual simply says he's just a friend. Myself 123 11:59, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Of couse you didn't read that in the manuals. Vector is third in command of the Chaotix in Archie (Knuckles is head honcho and Julie-Su is second in command) and in Sonic the Comic, Vector is much smarter and is second in command coming in behind the Omni-Viewer. Sonic & Scrab Master

Yeah but what happens in the comic's isn't canon to the games. Myself 123 00:12, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Ya know wat? I think now, we're just arguing about the manuals now. We need to get back on topic. Sonic & Scrab Master
