I was thinking that possibly SNN could start holding annual New Year's awards for stuff like Most Contributions, Best Fanart, and the like. Anyone second that emotion? -- Shelly the Hedgehog I'm not a monkey! 05:11, December 22, 2009 (UTC)

Best admin, most vandals caught, okay now im draw point-balnk...The Chosen One Of Fire

I'm sure we can add the category "worst admin" ;). We could add that and include "most mainspace edits (admin and non-admin)", "most templates created", "Best user(voted by admins)", "Best Forum (All 4 categories)","Most memorable event (nominations only)(examples include flaming competitions between User #1 and User #2, LB Controversy, etc.)". I know it's good to motivate progress but I fear that such competition may commit to a sub-social order where members feel higher among other members when all we want is for them to get along. I have started 21 articles and over 3,462 edit. Some have more and others have less than me but worry if we motivate in the wrong style then the littlest of arrogency could spin a lot of drama.--Mystic Monkey is at Diamond Dust Zone this Christmas. 19:04, December 23, 2009 (UTC)

I think if there will be awards for such things as articles and contributions, it's about timing, like how about yearly?
