On MLP wiki (sorry, i'm not a brony), its said above the avatar of users who joined the chat "Before joining, please read the chat rules. Please remember the chatroom is for socializing. Wiki discussion should take place on the forum." We also used to have this but then it disappear due to the chat upgrade (i don't know i must call it what). Maybe we can re-add this to warn the under-edit users?
