I thought of something... What's up with Shadow's past? Not much his present. I think it's kinda' of a mistake to let Sonic characters die don't ya' think? Or let them die and then bring them back. It's probably because of the possibility that they don't think that their character will reach that much fame. Just let them dissapear like a lot of Sonic characters who we still remember: Nack, Mighty, Ray, Bark etc. etc. Why do I say this? Because Shadow the Hedgehog (game) confuses most of us. Why didn't Gerald Robotnik mention Black Doom or the Black Arms in SA2? Because he wasn't invented yet? Why did he exist in that time (Shadow's birth) in Shadow the Hedgehog (game)? Do I make points or what? Nahum the Moonhog 22:52, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

Well Gerald didn't mention Black Doom in the SA2 because he was so focused on getting revenge for Maria, he abandoned everything else, and went kind of crazy after her death. I'm sure the video that plays during the final story in StH was recorded a while before that, after all, Maria appeared in it too! Yes, Black Doom's character hadn't been created during SA2, but that doesn't mean the events of StH are any less important. The game doesn't confuse me at all actually. Also, I believe Sega brought Shadow back due to his character being so popular, (the second most popular) so it was the obvious move to bring him back. Seriously, when was the last tome someone told you Bark was their favorite character? I think Shadow is too important to the series at this point for him to just disappear. As for why did Black Doom exist in StH? Well, he the Black Comet only comes to Earth every 50 years. Black Doom was struck a deal with Gerald, in which Black Doom would help him create The Ultimate Lifeform in exchange for the Chaos Emeralds. Black Doom wouldn't have been around when G.U.N. came aboard the Ark, and captured Shadow, shot Maria, and so on, because the Black Comet would probably only be near Earth (and the Space Colony Ark) for a few days at the most. Black Doom needed the Chaos Emeralds to warp the Black Comet to Earth, thus creating a new home for the Black Arms. It's also possible that Gerald never met any of the Black Arms other than Black Doom himself. Also, Black Doom is at least 2,000 years old, as he's been to Earth dating back at least that far. So that explains why he could be at there at Shadow's creation in the game. --Yoyoddd 03:23, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

I still think they should of let Shadow die. His game wasn't that good with all the Amnesia and uneccisary aliens. If Sonic Team actually killed him off he would of gone with dignity.--Mystic Monkey 00:01, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
