A cat? A dog?A Chao? Another hedgehog?

Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood.It is rumered to be released around September 2008.About the same for Sonic Unleased.

Why would she be a chao? As has been said, she is an Echidna, like Knuckles, except she is hideous. I don't know what knuckles sees in her! She is orangy-tan, and she wears cool clothes, but her face is flat, and her nose is not standard sonic size,the classic one-inch. XD

Shade is an echidna from the banished Nocturnus Clan and was based off Julie-Su from the Archie comics as was the Dark Brotherhood being based off the Dark Legion and since Shade is based off Julie-Su and Julie-Su is Knuckles' girlfriend in the Archie comics that will most likely mean that Shade and Knux like each other.--Sonic & Scrab Master 12:41, October 22, 2009 (UTC)

Not true. Shade and the Dark Brotherhood was inspired by Archie's Julie-Su and the Dark Legion. If u read Julie-Su's, Nocturnus, Shade's, or the Dark Legion's bio; it will say that the Nocturnus was based off the Dark Legion. it even says it on the Mobius Encyclopedia page.Sonic & Scrab Master 19:17, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I promise you, read the Nocturnus Tribe profile. It will mention that it was based off the Dark Lgeion from Archie and the many other elements taken from the comics. Sonic & Scrab Master
