if u ask me why people dislike it its because blaze dies in the end & possibly also the fact that sonic was kissed directly by elise - blazecream18

Actually, according to the reviews, it was mainly two things: first, the loading times. Even on youtube, it was FOREVER. Second, when I played, I began to notice something I agreed to. The controls for Sonic 06 were too eratic for the speed involved. Maybe if they were a little slower like in Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, then it would have been better.--Milotheechidna 01:37, 2 June 2009 (UTC)

Oh yeah, forgot about that. This is why I am careful when planning my fna games, I can't go all willy nilly on what I personally think it's best which is why my fan character, though wants to be a reconised hero, doesn't get directly involved with Sonic unless the plot needs a character for it.--Mystic Monkey 00:22, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

Well I have to blame the reviewers on that, they just seem to hate Sonic now days no matter what. People just seem to repeat what they've heard, and say it's bad as if it's a fact. Yes I'll agree that the load times are bad, but that's about it. The game isn't SUPER glitchy like everyone makes it out to be, there are a few glitches here and there, but every 3D Sonic game has had a few. Also I don't think the motorcycle controlled badly, I thought it played fine. (I'm actually playing the game right now). Also, why can't Shadow use vehicles? They can go places he can't normally go, plus they're equipped with weapons, so it makes getting from Point A to Point B that much easier. He WAS on a mission after all, he had to use what he could to get the job done. Plus if you'll read the back of the game case, the tag-line is "THIS TIME, SPEED WON'T BE ENOUGH...", I'm pretty sure they were trying to say that this game is bigger, and about more than just running around. Also, I'll agree with anyone who says that the game had a steeper learning curve than previous Sonic games. But the speed wasn't so bad. It can be tough at times, but I enjoyed it. The controls weren't that awkward. I've played games with worse controls. I'd also like to note I don't know why everyone has a problem with Elise kissing Sonic. Ever read, The Frog Prince? In the modern version of the fairy tale, the princess kisses the frog, and he becomes a prince. I don't see what the big deal is, if Disney is even making a movie about it (albeit with a twist), then it mustn't be too big a issue. I actually liked the ending to the game. Though, I think the entire thing might have worked better as a film than a game, I still enjoyed it, and I don't think the game is that bad.
