Uh... I think it's because furriness is sort of creepy, and it would slow down the pace of the Sonic Series. Character-wise, it doesn't make sense; it doesn't match Sonic's personality to slow down and get involved. Plus, resolving the conflict stops the conflict. If it works, it's boring, and if it doesn't, it's over... and so Amy won't be the adorable yet flammable stalker we've grown to tolerate anymore. Archie Comics does some stuff with that, I think... Not exactly. A lot of fans of the Archie series are waiting for a Sonic/Amy kiss, but the only kiss Sonic has given was a makeout session with Princess Sally Acorn. As far as I know. Flashfire212 03:15, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

Ya know, if I find out there's gonna be a game with Amy and Sonic in love, I'm gonna post a comment to Sega saying, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA."(That was a bit weird wasn't it?) Even though I think it wouldn't be bad for him to say to Amy that he loves her, I think it might be a bit off the Sonic and Amy style for it to be given away to everybody. Well it doesn't make sense for Amy to sing it to Sonic, since Amy wants Sonic but Sonic hates(well at least on the outside) Amy. If Amy loves Sonic, then she can't say, "Oops...you think I'm in love, that I'm sent from above, but I'm not that innocent." If that was a boy song, it would fit Sonic much better than Amy. Besides, I don't know if it's just my ears, or if in the Chorus the harmony has boys in it. Oh well, who cares about that shitty song anyways? Even though it might still be a little famous, that song has gotten old. Dawn is right, it would totally ruin the series if they fall in love or kiss or anything related to that topic. I think that the series would be ruined if it reaches the point where Sonic should be a father, and they have to add a new girl the fans approve of to be the kids mother? I reacon that Sonic does like Amy, but yea. I can't accurately forsee the future, as is the case for the entire human race. This isall just messed. i don't like gays either, but at least hide that fact (lol even though i didn't, but its just a religous veiw that whatever....) anyways, if u read the forum interfaith discussions, the chose one of fire and i weren't to happy with mystics veiw, but in the end, were all humans who have opinions.
