Fox Kids (formely known as Fox Kids Network) was an American television channel for kids. It was launched in September 8, 1990 as a block on Fox, and became a television channel in 1996. In 2001, however, Fox Kids was sold to The Walt Disney Company due to low ratings, and was eventually replaced by Jetix in 2004 after a few years of dissolving (which was replaced by Disney XD in 2009). Fox Kids was later revived as block on Fox, but only in Finland since 2012.
