The Geji-Geji[1] (ゲジゲジ[2] Gejigeji?) is an enemy that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a mass-produced, centipede-based Badnik created by Dr. Eggman.

Appearance[]

The Geji-Gejis are Badniks that resemble centipedes, having several purple segments and a red colored head. They also have a set of large pincers, and small legs.

In Sonic Advance 2, the Geji-Gejis appear as enemies in Egg Utopia. In gameplay, they crawl slowly through the air and appear between the floor and ceiling. The Geji-Gejis also have spiked-covered bodies that will harm the player upon contact. However, the player can attack their spike-free heads in order to destroy them. Upon destruction, the Geji-Geji will release an Animal.

Powers and abilities[]

The Geji-Gejis are able to defend themselves with their spike-covered bodies. They can also crawl upside down.

In the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series published by IDW Publishing, the Geji-Gejis were among the many Badniks that attended Orbot and Cubot's Winter Jam reality show.[3]
