Ginny and Neddy are two centaurs native to the centaur village of Portstable in the Nameless Zone. Their upper bodies resemble foxes, but from the waist down they resemble horses. They have light blue fur. They also appear to be the village's hunters, since unlike the other villagers they each carry a bow and arrows, and a spear.

Ginny and Neddy saw Tails defeat a fearsome Gryphon that had been terrorizing their village, and hailed him as a hero. They called him "Sir Tails", which irritated him, and when he attempted to explain that he had won by luck, they brushed this off as modesty.

On hearing that Tails was attempting to rescue two fox cubs from the goblins of Castle Morbidden, they gave him their swiftest boat to take him there (although they did not explain how to stop it).^[1]
