Great Battle Kukku 15th (グレイトバトルクック15世 Gureito Batoru Kukku Juugo Sei) is the dictator-like leader of the Battle Kukku Army.

He is larger than most Kukkus, and is the final boss and main antagonist of the game, Tails Adventure. He's fought in his flying Battle Fortress. He fights by throwing bombs all around him and throwing Tails himself if the fox gets too close. He's also the father of Speedy, heir to the throne. Even though his father is alive and well, the Kukkus still grant the prince with the next imperial number, "16th".

Once defeated, Great Battle Kukku 15th was destroyed, and the flying Battle Fortress plunged into the sea.
