Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
Graveyard Gig
Next track >>

Graveyard Gig (Dr.キュリアンの館[1] Dokutā Kyurian no Yakata?, lit. "Dr. Curien's Mansion") is a track in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed based on Sega's arcade series The House of the Dead.

Description[]

The track is set during a giant house party at Curien Mansion, the home of the first and third game's antagonist Dr. Curien. In fact, it is revealed later on that the house party is celebrating the wedding of Zobio and Zobiko, the main characters of Loving Deads: The House of the Dead EX who were playable in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing.

The race sees drivers entering the mansion and driving through places such as the cellar, a toxic river, a bouncy castle with Zobio bouncing around, a secret lab and even a concert. On the final lap, racers will take a detour that leads to a ruined wedding chapel where the wedding is finally underway, complete with Zobiko in a wedding dress. Many of the bosses from previous games appear, including Death, The Lovers, Hangedman and Tower.

Trivia[]

  • The music is a remix of "Revenge" from The House of the Dead followed by a remix of "Theme of the Magician" from The House of the Dead 2. Unlike most tracks, the song plays continuously rather than changing per section. In the official soundtrack, Theme of the Magician is played first. The course flyover music is a remix of "Aura of Dread", the attract music from The House of the Dead.
  • While most of the featured bosses use modified versions of their designs from the main House of the Dead titles, The Lovers' appearance is taken specifically from Loving Deads: The House of the Dead EX, the game Zobio and Zobiko originate from.
