The Gravity Control Switch's design differ between game, though a common feature they share include a display showing arrows pointing in the direction of gravity. They are found in space-themed Zones, including Stages exclusive to the Space Colony ARK.

In gameplay, the player can use the Gravity Control Switch to change the direction of gravity. When interacted with, the gravity in the Stage is flipped in the direction of the arrows displayed on the Gravity Control Switch, causing the player to immediately fall with the flow of gravity. This allows the player to walk on walls and roofs where necessary paths are found, or even control the direction of their descend through midair. Using the Gravity Control Switch also affects other objects in the room, allowing for easier navigation.
