The Green Seaside Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. Located among the Eastwatch Islands on Sonic's World, it is home to one of the Ancient Gears.[1]
Description[]
The Green Seaside Zone is a typical Green Hill themed environment, located near the sea and filled with high hilltops and loops.
History[]
Years ago, Sonic the Hedgehog had encountered his friend Miles "Tails" Prower trapped within the grip of a giant Crabmeat. Eventually destroying the badnik, Sonic and Tails met back up, with the latter explaining that he heard about Dr. Eggman attempting to acquire the seven Ancient Gears to power up a weapon known as the "Mega Drive." After trekking through the zone, the two heroes caught Eggman with an Ancient Gear and easily defeated him, obtaining the Ancient Gear and heading to the next nearest island.[1]
