When performing Heal, Cream walks up in front and faces the front of her team. Cream then performs a cheer for her team by swinging her upper body to the left, then right, and finishes off by doing a twirl in mid-air. After finishing her cheer, yellow sparks will emit from Cream, and a pink glow will briefly surround both Cream and her team members, before Cream returns to her team position.
In gameplay, when performing Heal, the player is able to restore a set amount of Health Points to all the player's characters currently in battle. However, Heal can only restore characters' Health Points to their maximum capacity, so even if Heal can restore an amount of Health Points greater than the amount of Health Points that a character is missing, the character will only regain enough Health Points to reach their full capacity. The amount of Health Points each character regains from Heal can be seen by the green numbers that appear over each character after completing Heal. The higher the level of Heal is, the greater is the amount of Health Points that it can restore.
Quick time event
When performing Heal in gameplay, the player has to complete a series of real-time events by performing certain actions on the Touch Screen, in order to execute Heal optimally:
The player has to touch and stay inside the outer circle that appears when it overlaps the inner circle and follow it horizontally across the screen from right to left.
The player has to touch and stay inside the outer circle that appears when it overlaps the inner circle and follow it vertically across the middle of the screen from the top of the screen to the bottom.
The player has to tap an inner circle that appears eight times, before the outer circle overlap the inner circle.
Missing or not touching these circles correctly will result in Cream failing to perform Heal.
