Heckubar is a make-up person and also a good locksmith. She has a very loud and disturbing laugh. She is ugly and she knows it.
History

When Sonic was captured by Dr. Robotnik, as a last request he asked for a good make up person. Heckuba was eventually brought in. As a locksmith, she was able to free Sonic from his chains. Also being skilled in make up, Heckuba disguised Sonic as herself and then disguised herself as Sonic. Sonic then put her in his chains, so Robotnik would think Sonic was still captured.
Robotnik brought Heckuba on his show, Lifestyles of Robotnik Only, thinking she was Sonic. In an attempt to pinch Sonic in the nose, Robotnik accidentally pulled Heckuba's nose right off. Sonic then revealed that he was free and he tied up Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder and released Heckuba from her chains.[1]
