Added by SonictoastThe High Voltage Flimflammer, also known as Robot Carney, is a croupier robot who operated a shell game on behalf of Smiley the Shark. The robot was used to get a group of Sheep to gamble away their freedom and have to work for Robotnik the rest of their lives.

Initially, the robot played fairly, but moved its hands at speeds too fast for the Sheep to follow. However, Sonic's eyes were even faster and managed to correctly identify which shell the pea was hidden under. When the robot resorted to cheating, Sonic realized this and upturned the other two shells. Not able to deal with defeat, the robot exploded.[1]

- The robot was unnamed during the episode, but Sonic referred to it as a "High Voltage Flimflammer."
